At Our Heels is a fresh, new band from the musical hotbed that is the SF Bay Area, California. In their debut release, featuring 6 songs of modern yet old school, dark, thrashy, hardcore/punk, influenced by American Nightmare, Panic, Pulling Teeth & The Nerve Agents. Moreover, the lyrics are personal and introspective, a cut about the standard hardcore battlecries we've all heard. Decades
Decades is a upcoming hardcore band from the Dallas, Texas area.In spite of the recent loss of many of its key bands, the various scenes within Texas continue to strike back with more young and promising hardcore bands.Decades sound is something along the lines of Modern Life Is War, The Carrier, Hollywood,even some older early 2000's metalcore stylings.They move back and forth between the faster hardcore tunes and the most mid-tempo cuts. The fact that they're mixed up helps keep the songs from sounding as one. It's a melodic sound that maintains a heavy edge and a lot of emotion in the vocals and composition keep it really engaging.
